Great River Energy (GRE), an electric power cooperative serving 27 member-owner distribution coops throughout Minnesota, had been quietly undertaking an ambitious pollinator-habitat-restoration initiative for at least a couple of years. After deciding to significantly expand the program (and the square footage of prairie habitat), GRE needed a campaign that could awareness around its efforts.
My brilliant design partner and I were up to the task and presented the concept you see here. We were thrilled with the work and so were the people at GRE. This campaign then went on to win a Silver AdFed award in 2024.
I named the initiative, tied in a tagline, and wrote all the supporting copy.
